1.2 Food Orders & Acceptance

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or Email.
• Orders are subject to item availability and restaurant operating hours.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues.

1.3 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in INR and may include or exclude applicable taxes.
• Payments are securely processed through our authorised payment partners.
• Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment.

1.4 Food Quality & Allergens

We maintain high standards of hygiene during food preparation and packaging. Customers with food allergies are requested to verify ingredients before placing an order.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

DEF (Drink Eat Fun) shall not be responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total value of the order placed.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Areas

Delivery services are available only within the serviceable locations displayed on our website.

2.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is between 30–90 minutes, depending on distance, order size, weather conditions, traffic, and public holidays.

2.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, wherever applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

2.4 Proof of Delivery

Customers may be required to provide an OTP or signature upon delivery for verification.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled because all food is freshly prepared upon receiving the order.

3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Item unavailability
• Restaurant closure
• Technical or pricing errors
• Unserviceable delivery location

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

• The restaurant cancels the order.
• Payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed.
• An incorrect item is delivered.
• The order is not delivered.

3.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
